Graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law, Class of 1995. Work experience includes Judicial Clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District; private practice for 24 years.
Currently also the Municipal Judge, City of Ozark, Missouri.
In my private practice, I handle a variety of cases, including Family/ Domestic Relations and Juvenile Law. Family and Domestic relations cases include representation of parties (parents, grandparents, and third-party custodians) in divorces, paternity cases, modifications, and child custody disputes.
I also work as a Guardian Ad Litem for children in such cases. I have represented hundreds of clients through all aspects and steps of family law litigation.
With regard to Juvenile Law, I have 24 years experience representing children as Guardian Ad Litem, as well as representing parents, foster parents, and grandparent intervenors in Juvenile Abuse and Neglect cases.
I have won multiple Termination of Parental Rights trials on behalf of parents against the Juvenile Office, and have successfully helped parents navigate the Juvenile Abuse and Neglect process to get reunited with their children and to have those cases sucessfully close.
