In 1975, Mr. Bert Twibell left a highly successful career as a trial attorney in the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office for private practice, establishing one of the areas’ longest running criminal law firms with what is today known as the Twibell Pierson law firm.

Experience Matters

Mr. Twibell’s decades of practice have earned him a reputation as a top trial attorney and such honors and awards as being named a Super Lawyer, The Nations Top One Percent, and AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubble- the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.

Mr. Twibell’s trial record includes a ‘not guitly’ verdict in a murder in the second degree jury trial, and a directed verdict of ‘not guilty’ in a manslaughter jury trial.

Background

Mr. Twibell attended Missouri State University for undergraduate school, where he was ‘number one’ for the Kappa Alpha Fraternity,  and law school at the University of Arkansas.
